My Doodles

The reason I started doodling is when I was in class and my mind was miles away. Miles away from work.

Doodling was my way out of listening to lectures.

I first started drawing triangles and hearts like any other bored person does.

I tried something different that worked for me.

This helps release the stress and anger I feel. I feel that my doodles show my emotion on that day, by the colours I use and the shapes that I draw.

I still, to this day, doodle when I am bored, or to help me think.

It may release my stress and anger but I still get frustrated from not knowing what I want.

I think its a good idea to have something that helps release your stress. Everyone is different so it is good to find a way that suits you best as a person.

It doesn’t have to be doodles.
