FEELING HURT AND FRUSTRATED

I know that being dyslexic can be hard, especially when you want so badly to succeed in life, get the job you want and get good grades, only to be told that you’re not good enough.
Many times this has happened in my life. I felt down, depressed and have felt at times that I am worthless and misunderstood and judged incorrectly. Most people don’t understand the word dyslexia and see it as a disadvantage. But that is not true. There are many dyslexics out there that have made a good living and living their dreams. ![]()
There are many successful dyslexic entrepreneurs out there making millions without any qualifications. This is because they had a dream, they treasured their dream and did not let anyone tell them that they cannot do what they want. Some stumbled onto success through trying may things before they found what they are good at and are succeeding.
Others may be frustrated with you because you’re not doing what they tell you to do or are unable to do what they say, but please don’t beat yourself up about it like I did. Feeling helpless and unworthy, as well as unable to express yourself emotions that I went through and many other dyslexics go through on a regular basis, but this can change. HOW
BECOME AWARE OF HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS.KEEP A DIARY. DON’T EXPECT EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND YOU.FOCUS ON YOUR NEEDS NOT ON THE PROBLEMS OF BEING DYSLEXIC. IF PEOPLE ARE FRUSTRATED WITH YOU, MORE LIKELY THAN NOT THEY ARE UPSET WITH THEMSELVES.
